Prince Owusu Bonnah, CEO of Success Links Consult and founder of the Prince Owusu Bonnah Foundation, has reaffirmed his commitment to public health initiatives in the Obuasi East Municipality following a strategic meeting with the Municipal Health Directorate.
The visit, which took place last week, came after an official invitation was extended to Mr. Owusu Bonnah and his foundation to discuss the rising cases of Mpox in the municipality. The meeting focused on exploring possible areas of collaboration to tackle the outbreak and prevent further spread.
In his remarks, Mr. Owusu Bonnah assured the health authorities of his full commitment to supporting their efforts. He pledged both personal and organizational assistance from his office and the POB Foundation toward fighting the disease and enhancing public health education in the area.
“As someone who is passionate about community development and healthcare, I see it as a responsibility to step in and support initiatives that safeguard the well-being of our people,” Mr. Owusu Bonnah stated.
The Obuasi East Municipal Health Directorate expressed gratitude for the timely show of support and looks forward to a fruitful partnership with the POB Foundation in combating the spread of Mpox and other public health concerns.
