Tema Youth defender Jacobson Larweh is on the verge of completing his move to Accra Hearts of Oak in the ongoing transfer window.
The 28-year–old has reached an agreement with the Ghana Premier League heavyweights over his possible switch per outfit sources.
He will be joining the Capital-based club on a three-year deal from relegated Tema Youth in the coming days.
Larweh made 23 appearances for the Tema-based club during the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season.
