It appears the allegation and rumours of bleaching over the head of the “nation’s prophet” is hurting him so bad as he is now swearing to drive home the fact that he has never, and will never bleach his skin.
Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International swore by his life and the Holy Bible that he has neither bleached nor toned his skin.
he is a naturally fair person and allegations that he bleached have no basis.
The Man of God has dared his critics to go and ask his mates from Kumasi AMASS and his football mates if he Owusu Bempah was a dark person.
“You can be a white person, but sometimes because you don’t take care of your skin, you look dark. But now thankfully, there are creams that will show your natural colour.” He said in Twi on KofiTV as observed by MyNewsGh.com.
He said even if was bleaching he wasn’t one to shy away from that truth, but insisted he doesn’t bleach.
Last week, in a similar interview, Owusu Bempah said he is a naturally fair person and allegations that he bleached have no basis, daring his critics to go and ask his mates from Kumasi AMASS and his football mates at Corners Babies if he Owusu Bempah was a dark person.
He said even if was bleaching he wasn’t one to shy away from that truth, but insisted he doesn’t bleach.
But in another interview on Kofi TV followed by MyNewsGh.com, Rev Owusu Bempah said he doesnt even know the name of the cream he uses.
“Truth be told, me Owusu Bempah as I sit here, I can swear by the Bible and my life that I have never bleached with soap.. Bleaching I have never done that”, he began.
“When I was playing Corners Babies, they used to call me Libya boy because of my colour. We played in the sun so my colour went dark. If you ask Odartey Lamptey, Emmanuel Kufuor they know.. Even bleaching is dangerous. That I know. We have toning and bleaching creams, but me I use my own cream. I don’t even know the name. It doesn’t bleach, it doesn’t tone”, Rev Owusu Bempah added.
In the same interview, he repeated his accusations that the General Overseer of the Royalhouse Chapel, Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah cannot accuse anyone of bleaching because he himself has been bleaching using injection and swallowing of pills.
