The 2016 Obuasi East Progressive Peoples Party’s (PPP) parliamentary candidate, Mr. Frank Aboagye Danyansah has threatened to resign from the PPP if it’s founder and former flag bearer, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom keeps on absenting himself from state meetings.
He made these strong worded statement earlier this week on Kumasi Amakom based Nhyira Fm. Mr. Aboagye Danyansah, who is a regular studio guest on Nhyira Fm’s flagship, ‘Kuro yi mu nsem’ was responding to news paper reports on the absence of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom at the 25th celebration of the 4th Republic in Accra.
“If Dr. keeps on absenting himself from such important state functions, i will resign from the party, because he’s making the party a laughing stock and it hurts”, he said. He went on to caution party executives to make sure the Party’s third force position in the political land scape doesn’t be in vain
