11 year old Samuel Owusu, a resident of New Edubiase, in the Adansi South District of the Ashanti region, yesterday beat other contenders in the grand finale of the 9th edition of TV 3’s kid’s show Talented Kids.
Samuel Owusu, who from the onset did back to back raps of internationally celebrated rapper, Michael Owusu, a.k.a Sarkodie thrilled fans yesterday at the National Theatre to fine raps and songs from the rap god, Sarkodie.
He is a pupil of New Edubiase D/A Experimental Primary school and was adjudged the overall winner for the New Edubiase 2016 ‘Talented kids’.
Awards.
He was given a cheque of GHC 10,000.00, a full month Summer trip to Canada, sponsored by British-Columbia Trips.
Other prizes given him were, a GHC 15,000 Educational Fund, sponsored by First Bank and other assorted prizes from other sponsors.
