Save A Soul Today Donates to Patmos Orphanage

An Inter-denominational body headquarted in Obuasi, Save A Soul Today, has made a donation to the Patmos Orphanage at Tewobaabi near Obuasi. The donation consisted of 25 bags of cement, assorted drinks and some pasteries who they used to organise a small party for the children.

The Executive Director for the organisation, Joel Asiaw, reiterated the reason why they decided to purchase the bags of cement for the orphanage.

“Last year we were here and were told your dormitaries are inadequate and you needed to build a children’s dormitory. That helped in our decision to bring these 25 bags of cement to assist you in putting up the building”, he said.

The orphange in return thanked the Save A Soul Team for their kind gesture and promised them the building would be ready when they return next year.

Save A Soul Today will also visit the Obuasi Prisons on Saturday, 30th December, 2017 to make another donation.

Patmos Orphanage was opened on 6th March, 2008 and therefore would be celebrating its 10th anniversary next year.
