According to them, the NDC party will need strong men and women to wake up from their slumber and go out there to spread the gospel of changing lives and transforming Ghana by the NDC government and that TEIN branch of GIMPA will work hard.

In his welcome address during the official inauguration of GIMPA branch of TEIN, a student network of the NDC, the President of the association, Mr Emmanuel Darko said, when respect is continuously abused, the one that respects becomes the one that is rather respected and that the NDC as a political party gives respect to all political parties in Ghana.

According to him, it is significant for Ghanaians to vote the NDC to remain in power since its monumental development in Ghana is incomparable.

Thanks to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, who has tirelessly worked hard to improve capital development which in every country is seen as the basic of nation building and with that Ghanaians would give the NDC government it’s mandate to continue ruling.

The GIMPA–Kumasi campus TEIN president, Mr. Darko reminded the NPP of the developmental projects Ashanti region has enjoyed under the able leadership of President Mahama, and that it is a major achievement in the history of the people in the region and Ghana at large.

The work of TEIN ,Mr. Darko revealed, in this year’s elections is to propagate the gospel of NDC under president Mahama and his vice president to win more votes for the NDC and not that alone but also to increase the one million votes target by the NDC in the Ashanti region to surprise the leading opposition party, NPP, who claimes that Ashanti region is their stronghold.

‘’TEIN-GIMPA accepts the responsibilities by colleagues in all the other tertiary institutions in the country and are ready to promote the agenda by the NDC’’, he added.

He called on the Executives of the NDC party to assist them and direct them when going wrong as a student network.

He thanked his Excellency Ambassador Daniel Ohene-Agyekum, a retired diplomat and now the Board chairman of Ghana Cocobod for accepting to play an effective role as the Patron of GIMPA –TEIN Kumasi Campus.
