The 6th MTN Heroes of change 2022 was launched to recognise individuals and institutions who have made significant impact in the fight against the Covid 19 pandemic in the country.
After entries were received from all 16 regions of Ghana, showing projects of individuals and institutions implemented during the peak of Covid 19, initially 100 people were selected and pruned to 30, a team was dispatched to the communities to authenticate the stories, after which 10 finalists have been selected and David Hagan was among the 10 lucky people.
Through his hard and enthusiasm, he provided surgeries to 18 people living with various deformities and anomalies, he also provided face masks, sanitizers, Veronica buckets, tables and tissues to orphanage homes and various communities in Obuasi to augment the fight of the deadly Corona virus.
So far, David Hagan is the only person to be awarded twice at the MTN Heroes of change Fame and that shows his resilient and love for charity.
