Hon. Stephen Sekyere, the Assembly member for the Oseikrom electoral area, has donated to the BECE candidates in his electoral area. Recognizing the critical role of education in shaping the future, Hon. Sekyere has provided each candidate with essential supplies, including mathematical sets, pens, long rulers, and feeding fees.
Understanding the logistical challenges faced by students during examination periods, Hon. Sekyere has also arranged for two cars to transport the candidates from their schools to the examination centers. To ensure the students remain hydrated and focused, he has generously provided 15 boxes of water for the duration of the exams.
This initiative marks the fifth consecutive year that Hon. Sekyere has supported BECE candidates, underscoring his unwavering commitment to education and community development. His contributions have had a profound impact on the Oseikrom area, including the construction of a three-unit classroom block with auxiliary offices in Domeabra.
Moreover, in response to a shortage of teaching staff, Hon. Sekyere has employed a teacher for the Apubuosu Kindergarten, ensuring that young pupils receive the education they deserve.
