The Obuasi Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Elijah Adansi Bonah, in a speech read on his behalf by the Municipal Budget Officer, has stated that, the office of the Obuasi West MP, plans to cut sod for the commencement of the long awaited six Unit Classroom block for the people of Nhyieso. The Budget Officer, Mr. Appiah Nsiah made this revelation yesterday at the commissioning of a new Pre-school for the people of Nhyieso
“The MCE has also stated that, the MP in no time will come here to cut sod for the commencement of a six unit classroom block at this same site to ease stress on children who have to walk long distances to access education “, he said.
Primary and Junior high school going children in the community, for decades always have to walk all the way to Anyinam Methodist school, Apitikoko MA school or other private schools close to the community.
