Read their statement below:
We write to extend our heartiest congratulations to you on winning the Fomena Constituency seat as an Independent candidate, and also on your assumption to the high office of Second Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana.
We are thrilled that in spite of the obvious challenges that you faced, you braced the odds and achieved these two historic feats. Your sense of patriotism, integrity, hard work, commitment and undiluted pursuit of the truth aided you in these challenging moments of your life. We recall your invaluable pieces of advice when you represented the Old Students’ Association on the School’s Board. Honourable, you have indeed personified the school’s motto: “Laborare et orare”!
There is no shred of doubt in our mind that you will live up to the task, and bring glory and honour to your constituents, the nation and the school that nurtured you. We pledge our unalloyed support to you as you take service to Mother Ghana a notch higher.
Once again, accept our congratulations!
Yours faithfully,
Richard Ellimah
