The Obuasi East Education Directorate awarded thirteen teachers and education workers at the recent World Teachers’ Day. The event which took place at the Christ the King Senior High School at Obuasi Akaporiso was attended by the Member of Parliament for Obuasi East, a rep from the Obuasi East District Assembly, past and present directors of Education and teachers in the district.
The theme for this year’s World Teachers day was “The transformation of education begins with teachers.”
