Current Job Openings:

1. 

Winder Mechanical Supervisor

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of hoisting systems used underground.

Qualifications:

• Diploma with 10+ years OR Degree with 3–5 years of experience
• Sectional/Inspecting Engineer Certificate (IDMC) & PE License (GhIE or IET-GH)
• AGA validation form required

2. 

Shaft Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure safety and reliability of shaft infrastructure, including hoists, liners, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Engineer certification from IDMC preferred
• AGA validation form required

3. 

Ropes Man-Rigger

Handle installation, inspection, and maintenance of hoisting ropes and rigging components.

Qualifications:

• High school certificate & equipment operation certification
• 1–2 years experience
• DVLA License E and MINCOM certification preferred

4. 

Shaft Fitter

Maintain and repair mechanical infrastructure within the shaft environment.

Qualifications:

• Technician II/Technical Diploma/City & Guilds Part II
• 1–2 years experience in mining preferred
• MINCOM certification is a plus

5. 

Shaft Boilermaker

Fabricate and maintain shaft steelwork under heavy operational stresses.

Qualifications:

• High school or technical certificate in welding/fabrication
• 3–5 years welding experience
• MINCOM certification preferred

6. 

Winder Mechanical Technician

Repair and maintain shaft winder mechanical components.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years experience
• MINCOM certification is an advantage

7. 

Winder CIC Technician

Maintain the control, instrumentation, and communication systems of the hoist.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years experience
• MINCOM certification is an advantage

8. 

Winder Engine Driver

Operate the winder system safely to transport personnel and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school or vocational certificate
• 1 year relevant experience
• Must have MINCOM Winder Engine Driver Certificate
