Dennis Agyeman, CEO of Judgement Updates and an old student of St. Thomas R/C School in Obuasi West, has donated mathematical sets and pens to final year students of the school. The gesture, aimed at supporting the students ahead of their BECE exams, took place in a brief but heartwarming presentation.
Mr. Agyeman, who completed the school in 2008, said the donation is his way of giving back to the institution that laid the foundation for his education.
“St. Thomas played a huge role in shaping who I am today. It’s only right that I come back and support the next generation,” he said.
The donated materials are expected to help ease the burden on parents and give the students a confidence boost as they prepare for their exams.
Teachers and staff at St. Thomas R/C School expressed their gratitude, noting that the donation was timely and inspiring. They encouraged other past students to emulate Mr. Agyeman’s example and support their alma mater in any way they can.
Mr. Agyeman also took the opportunity to advise the students to remain focused, disciplined, and determined in their academic journey.
