Many students consider General Science as the most complex programme ever and, I wonder why. Why is General Science considered as such? Is it because of it’s elective subjects or what?
Among it`s popular electives which are, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Elective Math, many students take the Elective Mathematics to be the most complex subject as well as Physics. Some people even have to call E-Math, evil math, but I call it, Easy Math.
Why am I wondering? Is it only General Science students who study E-Math? No! Programmes like General Arts, Agricultural Science, Business etc, have E-Math as their elective subject but, no one would say anything if someone says he/she is offering any of these courses but, let someone say ‘I`m offering Gen. science’, the fellow would have something to say about it.
Are those who have already studied the subject better than us? Are we all not the same? Can`t we even do better than they have done? Yes, we can. Why can`t we? We can.
To the Physics side, some people always say Physics is full of formulae [formulas], and so, it’s also complex.
Are formulae not in Core Maths? Yes, it is. So what is the big deal in this? You have ‘chewed’ formulae and have been using it in Core Maths. So what is then difficult in committing them to memory in Physics?
Many students have just made the General Science programme seem difficult by their talk only, meanwhile, it’s not.
DEAR STUDENTS, LETS COME TOGETHER TO MAKE THE GENERAL SCIENCE PROGRAMME FRIENDLY TO EACH AND EVERYONE. THANK YOU.
MY CONCERN.
